Privacy policy
This policy applies to persons visiting and/or in contact with Coroventis Research AB (“Coroventis”) and our website www.coroventis.com.
We use the personal information we collect to:
Communicate via e-mail and phone, and store information in third party systems such as e-mail client.
When in contact with Coroventis, personal data you provide is saved to enable future interaction and fulfilment of service. The data is saved as long as there is an ongoing relation. We save data on name, e-mail, address, phone number, billing information and communication. According to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, some information must be stored seven years. If consent is given and/or it is of mutual interest, additional data may be stored.
Handle applications for a position or network partnership:
When applying for a position or network partnership, we need your consent to handle your personal data. This is necessary to enable the recruitment process. Once the recruitment process is completed all personal data is discarded of.
Execute agreements:
To deliver service agreed upon with customers, personal data in agreements is stored. The data is stored as long as the agreement is active and/or
i) there is a legal obligation attached to our commitment
ii) there is an interest in developing a collaboration between Coroventis and the other party.
